Teachers could choose to attend training on a weekday or on a Saturday. The Saturday option helped to keep the teachers in the classroom where they want to be \u2013 with students \u2013 and helped the district cover classes during the substitute teacher shortage. ECM training supports students&#8217; conceptual understanding of mathematics.
