On Saturday, September 6, the Yorba Linda High School (YLHS) Mustang Band and Guard participated in a collaborative field performance the University of Southern California\u2019s world-renowned Spirit of Troy Marching Band at the historic Coliseum. . The collaboration offered students a unique opportunity to experience collegiate-level musicianship while representing their high school on a prominent stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weekend began with a personalized tour of the USC campus led by YLHS alumna and trumpet player Evelyn Franco. This year\u2019s program featured dynamic renditions of Espresso<\/em> by Sabrina Carpenter and APT<\/em> by Bruno Mars. Way to go Mustangs! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
