Students learned about character, setting, plot and problem\/solution during their unit of study. Wilbur, one of the main characters, is a young pig living on a farm in New England who&#8217;s terrified that he&#8217;ll end up on the dinner table. In the novel, he becomes the friend of the spider, Charlotte.
