Students received a Valencia AVID &#8220;Accepted to College&#8221; T-shirt in recognition of this great accomplishment. Even more acceptances are anticipated to pour in over the next few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Universities that the students have been accepted to include University of California, Riverside; University of California, Merced; California State Polytechnic University, Pomona; California State University, Fullerton; San Francisco State University; and the University of Arizona, to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>Valencia&#8217;s AVID program traditionally boasts an 85 percent acceptance rate for four-year universities, and this senior class is anticipated to surpass that percentage.
