{"id":456,"date":"2015-09-28T12:00:33","date_gmt":"2015-09-28T19:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goodnews.pylusd.org\/?p=456"},"modified":"2016-02-24T14:14:31","modified_gmt":"2016-02-24T22:14:31","slug":"travis-ranch-elementary-implements-miles-of-smiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodnews.pylusd.org\/?p=456","title":{"rendered":"Travis Ranch Elementary implements &#8220;Miles of Smiles&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team from Travis Ranch Elementary School implemented a morning walking program called &#8220;Miles of Smiles&#8221; for our first and second grade students.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of sitting in their morning lines, students walk along a designated path while they chat with friends and listen to music. Parents and staff members also join in on a regular basis.
