Each year, advanced ceramics students are challenged to show their &#8220;voice&#8221; in clay. Every student has something to say with their work. Myles Juban&#8217;s sculpture, &#8220;Smoking Kills,&#8221; speaks about a social and health issue of smoking. Ashley Do&#8217;s slip trailed plate, &#8220;Moonlight Night,&#8221; references the henna and tattoo culture. Andrew Perez&#8217;s vase, &#8220;Pull of Gravity,&#8221; shows off the fluidity of melting glass. Each student in the art show had something unique to say, and was very successful in his or her execution. The free student art show will be on display the entire month of May, and will be open during regular business hours at the Muzeo Museum.
