Principal Carey Cecil presented Justin with the Academy&#8217;s Award of Excellence for his contributions and efforts in academics, leadership, and service.<\/p>\n<p>During the Congress, Justin was able to meet some of today&#8217;s leading scientists, industry leaders and Nobel laureates.<\/p>\n<p>The Congress selection process included students with at least a 3.5 GPA who aspire to careers in medicine, science and technology.<\/p>\n<p>The National Academy of Future Scientists and Technologists supports all K-12 and college students who wish to devote their lives to the sciences and technology.<\/p>\n<p>Congrats Justin!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In June, senior Justin Gonzalez represented El Dorado High School at the Congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders in Boston.
