In Mrs. Reynoso&#8217;s Preppy K class at Rio Vista Elementary School, this is exactly what happens during free choice centers. During this time, students become scientists as they discovery dinosaur fossils, artists as they create drawings or other crafty pieces, mathematicians as they sort and count manipulatives, and so much more!
