This represents 222 students, nearly all of whom are socioeconomically disadvantaged, and are the first generation in their family to pursue post-secondary education. All of them are taking the A-G requirements, and many are also enrolled in honors, advanced placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) courses.<\/p>\n<p>The Valencia AVID staff has incredible devotion to equity and access to rigor for all students.
