On Friday, September 28, the football teams from El Dorado High School (EDHS) and Yorba Linda High School (YLHS) faced off in Nathan Shapell Memorial Stadium.
Despite the fierce competition between the two neighboring schools, both student sections displayed solidarity for the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) as a whole. As seen in the pictures above and below, El Dorado’s Nest loves Yorba Linda’s Stable, and Yorba Linda’s Stable loves El Dorado’s Nest!
Fun was had by all, as El Dorado’s student section was themed “neon white-out” to cheer on the team. Way to go, students!
