Glenview Elementary School started the month with great success at their annual Bulldog Run event on Friday, October 5. Students in grades Preppy K through sixth ran laps in support of the school’s fundraising efforts as family and friends cheered them on.
Together Glenview’s community raised a record breaking $20,000 in donations for the school! Student runners received Bulldog Run t-shirts, along with a wide array of other prizes for their fundraising efforts. Glenview scholars collected pledges from family and friends in support of field trips and the school-wide PBIS program.
Esperanza High School students from the ABC Teacher Pathway partnered with Glenview to tally laps, cheer on runners, and pass out water and popsicle sticks.
Glenview School gives a special thanks to the community who supported this memorable event for the school, as well as to PTA Bulldog Run Chairs Amber Fairburn and Kelly Farrell for their leadership in organizing this incredible fundraiser. Go, Bulldogs!
