Wednesday, November 13 was World Kindness Day. As part of their morning meeting in Mrs. Voge’s class at Van Buren Elementary School, students discussed Random Acts of Kindness and read the book, Have You Filled a Bucket Today?
During the group activity time of their morning meeting, students also decorated coffee sleeves donated by Starbucks. The class is hoping that coffee drinkers will hopefully enjoy their messages of joy and cheer.
“Starting the day with kindness just may leave a smile on their face all day long,” Mrs. Voge shared.
