Esperanza High School students recently heard from countless professionals during their annual Career Day. Students met with professionals from a wide array of industries and fields, and were exposed to a variety of career choices. Speakers included members of the Orange County Sheriffs Department, the United States Marines, international filmmakers, scientists, and entrepreneurs.
Students engaged with the professionals and discussed options for career paths and opportunities after high school. They gained valuable insight about college degrees and the skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century economy. Many Aztecs discovered a field that they are now passionate about and gained some direction about where they’d like to go in life after school.
Way to go Aztecs! You’re leaders of the future!
