Fifteen Valencia High School (VHS) Interact Club members had a wonderful time bonding as they assisted in the final stages of Rotary International’s 2018 Rose Parade float entry. VHS ‘Interacters’ assisted with cutting petals and applying seeds to the float. The float’s theme was “Planting the Seeds of Service” represented by a giant rabbit and a 17-foot tree bearing 6 peaches in order to promote Rotary’s 2018 peace and green message. The float won the Rose Parade’s Princess award.
