On Tuesday, January 30, Melrose Elementary School held its 5th monthly Second Harvest Food Distribution event of the school year. Families not only received fresh produce including pomelos, potatoes, onions, and melons, but also receive federal packaged and canned food to make it through the month. Several Melrose parents volunteer to run the food distribution each month. The district thanks those Melrose volunteers for their service in bettering our school communities.
