At Esperanza High School (EHS), students use hands-on skills to help each other succeed. Mr. Wallace’s Aztec Engineering and Manufacturing Academy students are finishing up the custom-made kiln for Mr. Kowalski’s ceramics Class.
This collaboration has given the high school students an opportunity to problem solve and use their welding skills in a very tangible way. Mr. Kowalski will be firing up this kiln very soon and is looking forward to all the creative projects that emerge from it.
