During senior appointments from October 4-12, El Dorado High School 12th graders met with counselors to go over their plans after high school. As a part of the school’s Reach Higher College and Career Ready initiative, students earned an “I Applied” sticker if they did any of the following:
- Applied to a college
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID
- Complete a job application
“About 98% of our students were able to accomplish one of those tasks!” Patricia Cardenas, the school’s College and Career Tech, shared. “These students are on the right track towards their future! Congrats Hawks!”
