On May 11, El Dorado High School hosted their 5th annual Black and Gold Banquet, where 26 athletes were honored with the Terry Conley Athlete of Character award. Mr. Tony Bell was also inducted into the El Dorado Hall of Fame.
“A huge thank you to our coaching staff, for all the hard work that they put into our amazing student-athletes and teams. The coaches did an incredible job speaking about their Terry Conley Award winners,” Athletic Director Ray Elliott shared.
Created in 2011, the Terry Conley ‘Athlete of Character’ Award is presented annually to one athlete, male and female, from each of El Dorado High School’s 24 sports. These individuals are thought to best display the character traits of longtime El Dorado coach, Terry Conley.
