El Dorado High School’s football program recently held a donation drive on campus to benefit the Placentia Fire and Life Safety Department. Both students and staff participated.
Then on December 15, the Golden Hawks were able to donate 120 new toys to benefit local children this holiday season. They also presented Station #2 with a generous gift card to allow the firefighters to treat themselves to a nice holiday meal. The team also gave them EDHS football gear for them to wear around Placentia and show their Golden Hawk pride.
Head Coach Zack LaMonda shared the following about the donation to the Placentia Fire and Life Safety Department: “We appreciate them for all they do to keep us all safe.”
