On Saturday, September 13, 2025, more than 150 participants engaged in Officer Advisor Training (OAT) Day at Yorba Linda High School. This professional development event brought together Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapters from across the Southern Section for a comprehensive program of leadership training and collaborative activities.
Throughout the day, student officers and chapter advisors attended a series of structured workshops designed to enhance leadership skills, organizational capacity, and chapter effectiveness. Participants also engaged in networking opportunities with peers from other schools, fostering the exchange of innovative practices and shared strategies for success. The high level of preparation and collaboration exhibited by all involved ensured the success of the program and laid a strong foundation for the year ahead.
