On Thursday, October 9, the Educational Results Partnership (ERP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to using data science to improve student outcomes and career readiness, released its 2025 California Honor Roll List.
The annual Honor Roll, presented by ERP as part of the national Campaign for Business and Education Excellence, recognizes schools and districts that excel in preparing students with the skills needed for success in the workforce and life. For eleven years, this recognition program has been the only one of its kind, developed in partnership with state and local business leaders. It evaluates schools solely based on objective student achievement data to identify best practices and foster collaboration among educators to raise student performance. This year, 1,834 schools in California, approximately 21 percent of the state’s schools earned recognition.
This year, nineteen schools in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) were honored on the 2025 California Honor Roll. The Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce Foundation co-presented this prestigious recognition.
