The Orange County Register recently profiled Esperanza High School alumna Kailah Delaney, highlighting her success on the gymnastics team for the University of Utah Red Rocks. “I’m a perfectionist,” she said. “Everything I do, not only in gymnastics, but in my schoolwork, too, I strive for perfection. I felt gymnastics was the perfect sport for me.” A three-time NCAA All-American with a bachelor’s degree in health, society and policy, Kailah will soon put the finishing touches on a brilliant gymnastics career.
