The Yorba Linda High School Math Department sponsor’s “Pi Day” annually on March 14 (or 3.14). Student’s bring in pies that are passed out school-wide at lunchtime, make pi posters to educate others about the significance of pi and participate in “Pi Day” activities at lunch, like recalling the numbers in pi and enjoying pie-eating contests. It’s always a fun day for the whole school!
