On Friday, December 8, the Orange County Register published “The Orange County Register Top Workplaces” – a list of the best places to work in the Orange County area. The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) has been named to the list in the large companies (500+ employees) category!
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that was completed a few months ago. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Receiving the Orange County Register’s Top Workplaces award is a true honor,” Superintendent, Dr. Greg Plutko noted. “Our people are the heart and soul of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. This distinction could not be made possible without their dedication to organizational excellence.”
The 2017 Top Workplaces award marks the first time PYLUSD has received this honor.
