SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in Placentia recently requested art work from Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) students to help set the tone for their 30th anniversary celebration.
PYLUSD already enjoys a special community relationship with the credit union, as the branch built a specific niche to provide an ongoing home for local students’ art work.
During the 30th anniversary celebration on Friday, December 15, credit union members even asked employees if the students’ art pieces were able to be purchased for their homes. The art will be displayed at SchoolsFirst into the New Year.
