On March 29, Valencia High School’s (VHS) Service Committee donated 1,000+ books to Carver Elementary School in Santa Ana. The students were so excited, and the first graders even made posters and sang a song when the Tigers arrived.
“they are going to sort through the books to put some in their library, but their main goal is to send the books home with the kids to keep, since many of them don’t have books to read at home,” shared VHS teacher, Rebecca Bonet-Correa.
