On Wednesday, October 10, the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) hosted the annual California Out-of-State and International (COSI) College Fair at the Thomas Lasorda Jr. Field House in Yorba Linda.
Educators, guidance counselors, college and career coordinators, administrators, and AVID teachers accompanied sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are interested in exploring out-of-state and international college options. Students from all PYLUSD high schools were invited to attend, as well as students from neighboring school districts.
Students were provided a guide listing contact information for all college representatives in attendance, information on studying out-of-state or internationally, and a sampling of focus questions to prepare them for the event.
Students and families who wish to explore a wide variety of local and out-of-state higher education options are encouraged to attend the PYLUSD College and Career Fair happening on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 6 to 8:15 pm at the Yorba Linda Community Center.
