This year during Rose Drive Elementary School’s Fall Festival, families were asked to participate in a Pumpkin Character contest. The school encouraged families and students to create pumpkins of their favorite book characters.
“Our families did not disappoint and we had over 60 entries,” shared principal, Kathleen Escaleras-Nappi. “We are proud to share our love of reading and art and pumpkins will be on display at the Harvest Festival and in our school library.”
