On Wednesday, January 30, 2019, the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District will host a Town Hall Meeting in order to gather stakeholder input related to the District’s Local Control and Accountability Plan, known as LCAP. The District’s LCAP has five focus areas — academic achievement, effective instruction and leadership, engaged community, safe and respectful environment, and optimized resources.
All are encouraged to attend. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback on District Chromebooks. During this time, PYLUSD staff members will also offer valuable insight regarding District outcomes and action plans for the upcoming school year. Ideas regarding the District’s continuous improvement efforts are also welcome during this meeting.
