Glenview Elementary School’s Dual Language Academy celebrated the culmination of the 2018-19 school year with their annual picnic. The Dual Language Academy, now in its third year from kinder to second grade, boasts over 180 students participating in a 50/50 language immersion program model for Spanish and English.
Over 86 families and 324 Glenview families were in attendance at the annual picnic luau celebration, made possible by over 40 parent volunteers who organized the special event!
In honor of the celebration, Glenview parents and DLA teachers also donated over $200 in gift cards to benefit PYLUSD McKinney Vento families.
