Golden Elementary School celebrated World Kindness Day on November 13. The Kindness Crew organized a kindness checklist for Golden students to complete leading up to World Kindness Day. Acts of kindness included smiling at people, holding the door for someone, complimenting someone, picking up trash, writing a kind note, saying good morning to teachers and saying hi to people you do not know. Once students completed the checklist, they received a leaf to sign their name and add to the Kindness Tree. Students were also welcomed to campus with kind notes written in chalk. What a fun day for Golden students to spread kindness!
