Glenknoll Elementary School’s Peer Assisted Leadership (PAL) students donated their time on Saturday, November 16 to create care packages for children in need at Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Their efforts were a part of “Operation Santa Claus” through the Orange County Social Services Agency.
The Glenknoll students made scarves for the children, as well as signs to celebrate special occasions at the hospital such as birthdays, last days of chemotherapy, and transplant days. Students were also encouraged to bring in a new, unopened gift to donate to the hospital. Great work, Glenknoll PAL!
