Esperanza High School boys basketball coach Mark Hill (right) was notified this week that he has been voted into the Southern California Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association’s (SCIBCA) Hall of Fame! Coach Hill will be inducted as a part of the Spring Class of 2020. Coach Hill, along with the other inductees, will be honored on February 27 at halftime of the Open Division Final at the Pyramid in Long Beach.
In 2017, Coach Hill lead the Aztecs to a CIF Division 2 State Championship. This is just one of his many accomplishments with Esperanza High School.
This is a great honor for Coach Hill, and it is accomplished with the help of everyone associated with Esperanza including players, parents, fellow coaches, boosters, students, and administrators. Go Aztecs!
