The 6th grade class of 83 students at Van Buren Elementary School hosted its 8th annual Winter Bazaar. The students worked in business teams to research, produce, and sell over 20 different holiday treats and gifts to raise funds for their chosen charitable organizations. This year they raised a total of $1,365 to be donated to City of Hope, Make a Wish Foundation, and JDRF (diabetes research). Way to go, Roadrunners!
