Sierra Vista students support school and earn fun prizes during jog-a-thon

Sierra Vista jog a thon.

Sierra Vista Elementary students worked hard to raise money for their school as they participated in their Jog-a-thon Extreme. Students raised over $31,000 for Sierra Vista through generous donations from families and the community.

Prizes could be earned depending on how much money was raised and how many laps students ran throughout the obstacle course. One of the most coveted rewards was the chance to silly-string their principal, Mrs. Jacque Bluemel. Students with the most money raised and who ran the most laps at each grade level earned this exciting opportunity. The whole school came out to get in on the fun.

Way to go, Eagles!
