On Saturday, September 6, the Yorba Linda High School (YLHS) Mustang Band and Guard participated in a collaborative field performance the University of Southern California’s world-renowned Spirit of Troy Marching Band at the historic Coliseum. . The collaboration offered students a unique opportunity to experience collegiate-level musicianship while representing their high school on a prominent stage.
The weekend began with a personalized tour of the USC campus led by YLHS alumna and trumpet player Evelyn Franco. This year’s program featured dynamic renditions of Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter and APT by Bruno Mars. Way to go Mustangs!
