The REACH Foundation, an educational nonprofit supporting the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD), awarded funding to 27 educator-led projects during the 2025–26 grant cycle, totaling $23,700. This year, the Foundation received 40 percent more grant applications than in the previous cycle, reflecting increased innovation, instructional leadership, and professional commitment among district educators.
The funded proposals represent exemplary initiatives designed to advance meaningful student learning and respond to an evolving educational landscape. Each project demonstrates a strong commitment to instructional excellence, student engagement, and the implementation of innovative practices that enhance classroom instruction.
The REACH Foundation continues to support educational initiatives that expand learning opportunities for students while recognizing the essential role educators play in fostering safe, inclusive, and enriching learning environments. Through their leadership and creativity, PYLUSD educators are developing transformative learning experiences that promote curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world application.
By investing in these educator-driven projects, the Foundation reinforces its mission to engage, enrich, and inspire student growth while supporting long-term academic achievement and career readiness across the district.
