Breakfast for newly hired teachers

The district’s Personnel Services Department, in conjunction with Risk Management, Technology, the Induction Program at the Professional Development Academy (PDA) and the Association of Placentia Linda Educators (APLE), welcomed dozens of newly hired teachers to PYLUSD during a special breakfast on Friday, Aug. 19. At the orientation, teachers got a chance to meet their coworkers, ask benefits questions, set up their email accounts and participate in a raffle sponsored by SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union.
