Esperanza holds first “Art in the Quad” event

During lunch on Wednesday, Oct. 12, Esperanza High School visual arts teacher, Lynn Magnin, and ceramics teacher, Kevin Kowalski, held their first “Art in the Quad” event. Mr. Kowalski showcased two students on pottery wheels, while Mrs. Magnin and the Art Club invited students to paint a giant coloring book page in the theme of Esperanza’s annual “Canned Food Drive.” Music teacher Bradley Davis alternates “Art in the Quad” with “Music in the Quad” every other week, where all students can enjoy a live band during lunch!
