Parkview School’s Chess Club is as popular as ever. With 43 students on the class roster, the room is packed. Students are playing on the floor and tables until more furniture is delivered, and they’re having a ball! The range of ages and ability is staggering. There are kindergarten students who’ve been playing for over a year, and eighth grade students just starting out. The environment is supportive that everyone learns, helps each other and shares knowledge. Each student is having a great time!
