Assistance League of Fullerton donates much-needed toiletries to McKinney-Vento program

Recently, the PYLUSD McKinney-Vento program was fortunate to receive a very generous and much-needed donation of over 210 toiletry kits from the Assistance League of Fullerton’s Professional Humanitarian Auxiliary (ALPHA), whose mission is to work with and support local communities by helping families – particularly children – in need. These kits were filled with shampoo, lotion, hair combs and brushes, toothpaste and brushes, and soap. They are perfect for distribution to our disadvantaged students. Hygiene can be challenging for families who are in transition, and this wonderful donation really helps the district to help its students. Thank you ALPHA!
