Student’s artwork to be featured at Special Olympic World Games

Out of four art submissions from George Key School, one lucky student was selected to have his artwork featured at a special art exhibition for the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015.
Taylor Herndon, the aspiring painter, is a 21-year-old student in an Adult Transition class taught by Kathy Eidson. The exhibition is being hosted by the Tierra del Sol Foundation, and will be held during the Special Olympics World Games on the campuses of UCLA and USC from July 25 through Aug. 2, 2015.

The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) and George Key School Principal Deby Six would like to thank the R.E.A.C.H. Foundation for “reaching” out to George Key School to make this possible. President Julie Nibali, Performing Arts Committee Chair Debi Grant and the entire team do an amazing job supporting all of our PYLUSD students!

George Key School is located at 710 E. Golden Ave. in Placentia.
