Rose Drive Roadrunners host successful Jog-A-Thon thanks to support from community

Rose Drive jog a thon.

Rose Drive Elementary students and families had an amazing time at the school’s Jog-A-Thon on Friday, November 4. All families were invited onto campus to cheer on their students as they ran in the annual event with the theme of “Level Up to the Pyramid of Success.” The atmosphere was full of energy and smiles were abundant.

Music kept the Rose Drive students motivated, along with cold water bottles and the thrill of a popsicle at the end. The school’s mascot, Rosie the Roadrunner, was there to ensure school spirit was in abundance.

Like all PYLUSD schools, Rose Drive has a wonderful relationship with its community and always have a great turnout for all on-campus events. The school wishes to extend a huge thank you to its amazing community for helping to raise over $43,000 to support school-wide programs, assemblies, and enrichment programs for all scholars!

“We look forward to welcoming back our families to our Winter Book Fair coming the first week of December,” Principal Kathleen Escaleras-Nappi shared.
