Congratulations to Valencia High School junior Jesus Moreno for being named the OC Varsity boys cross country “Athlete of the Week.” Moreno’s winning time of 15:12 on the Craig Park course last Wednesday helped lead the Tigers to their second consecutive Empire League title.
