Ruby Drive Elementary School held their first of three RIF (Reading Is Fundamental) book distributions at the beginning of December. Each student chooses one free book from a nice selection of brightly-colored, fiction, and non-fiction stories. The students also receive a free bookmark. This event is held in the library where it is turned into a Winter Wonderland during December.
Pictured are Preppy-K students after selecting their new books along with teacher, Anell Nevarez-Carrera, and Librarian, Sue Bringhurst.
