Our Glenview Elementary School Bulldog made a special appearance to kick off Red Ribbon Week on Monday morning, giving high-fives to students participating in the 100 Mile Club morning laps. This week’s theme is “Respect Yourself,” and many Glenview scholars chose to wear Red.
Harvest Parade: be strong and respect yourself
Glenview students dressed in their favorite costume for a Harvest Parade, as part of the Red Ribbon Week theme of “Respect Yourself.” Teachers Mrs. Vega, Mrs. Doke and Mrs. Wisnia dressed up as fun characters from the Go Noodle.com fitness brain breaks program. Parents and staff enjoyed the parade and the fun music with our kindergarten and Preppy K students.
Pumpkin science
Glenview fifth grade scholars measured, weighed and made estimations about pumpkins during their science lab time.
