Congratulations are in order for the Valencia High School (VHS) Tigers in Debate Club after an impressive showing at last weekend’s Orange County Speech League competition. The students brought home the following accolades:
- Nicole Park, 11, received a medal for Lincoln Douglas
- Cassidy Lee, 9, received a medal by ranking 8th
- Caitlin Lee, 11, placed 2nd (losing by a half point)
The pool for Lincoln Douglas consisted of 37 debaters, 8 of which were given awards, and the VHS team earned 3.
