The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) believes our community plays a vital role in the educational process. We value opinions and feedback and seek to involve parents and guardians in decisions which impact the education of our students.
A component of the District’s Strategic Plan titled, The PYLUSD Advantage, is to create a parent education program that provides essential tools to address today’s dynamic and complex educational environment. Each year, the PYLUSD “Parent University“ program offers a long list of free classes focused on various educational topics so parents can gain new ideas and skills to support their students’ learning.
Please consider taking a couple minutes to complete the District’s survey before Friday, September 7. Based on the information provided, PYLUSD will schedule Parent University classes for the 2018-2019 school year. Classes will be offered on various days of the week, and in different locations.
We hope our community will find the classes beneficial as we work together to ensure our students will have the advantage of an outstanding education.
