Topaz Elementary School was proud to participate in the Great Kindness Challenge the week of January 27-31, 2020. After kick off assemblies led by Principal Christa Borgese last Friday, teachers greeted students Monday morning with music, welcoming signs, and high fives.
Students were challenged to complete multiple acts of kindness all week and record their acts on a chain to display on the hallway bulletin board “Kindness Links us Together.”
Student council took pictures of friends treating each other with kindness and hosted multiple spirit days, including Friday’s PJ Day with all Tigers “Dreaming of Kindness.” Staff and students alike enjoyed the positivity of the week! Go Tigers!
