Esperanza High School’s AP Environmental Science students recently took it upon themselves to collect trash for a week in order to take inventory and sort it. By separating alike trash into separate bins, the students were given a better understanding of how much waste they generate. In particular, the Aztecs were also studying what percentage of the trash is actually recyclable. Way to go, EHS!
